And now they’ve got the pickling liquid in there. They’ll soak up the flavors pretty well after a day or so in the fridge, but after 5 to 7 days, they’ll be perfect. I used Alton Brown’s recipes as a starting point (seriously, I love that guy, there are his “firecracker”, “sorta kinda”, and “b&b” recipes), but I’ve changed a few things based upon personal preference though.
I’ve stopped putting diced habeneros in there though, nobody seemed to be enjoying that level of spiciness but me… lol.
